How long does it take to receive my electricity token?
Your token is sent within minutes to your phone. In rare cases, it may take up to 15 minutes.
Is there a limit to how much electricity I can buy?
Minimum purchase: $5
Maximum purchase: $500
What if I enter the wrong meter number?
Important: Double-check your meter number before paying. Mukuru does not offer refunds for incorrect details.
I didn’t receive my electricity token—what should I do?
If you didn’t receive your token, please visit https://selfservice.zetdc.co.zw/viewtoken and enter your meter number. If you’re still unable to retrieve your token, kindly visit the Mukuru booth where you made the purchase and provide your transaction details for assistance or a refund.
